Alternative Dispute Resolution outside the Court System. I will be your decision maker. No lengthy wait times to obtain a decision. Decide on a hearing procedure that reflects the complexity of the issue.

Mediation/Arbitration

Attempt mediation first. Try to retain control over the decision making process, knowing if you fail to reach an agreement I will make a decision for you. Mediate in good faith, but have a backstop.
